Small Business Saturday Downtown Mobile

Art galleries, gift stores, coffee houses and restaurants in downtown Mobile open their doors and welcome shoppers and diners on Saturday, November 26th, asking them to Shop Small at their favorite their favorite local stores to help fuel the economy.
Businesses in historic downtown Mobile are joining thousands of others across the nation Saturday, November 26th in the 2nd Annual Small Business Saturday…a day dedicated to supporting small businesses on one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year.
A growing list of participating businesses can be found on facebook at Small Business Saturday Downtown Mobile. Merchants will be offering everything from refreshments to door prizes to discounts to encourage the public to get out of the malls and into these unique, local stores. Remember, on November 26th, when we all shop small, it will be huge!

Downtown Mobile Alliance Poinsettia Sale 2011
Order large, locally grown poinsettias to decorate your office or home for Christmas. The funds raised from this sale will help pay for holiday lighting and decorations desinged to bring visitors downtown throughout the season. The red or white poinsettias are $17.00 each and come wrapped in foil and ready for display. If you live or work donwtown, we’ll even deliver them the week of December 5th.
